Vebatec A01 – Silver Gutter Adhesive (290 ml)
Special adhesive for professional bonding and sealing applications on roofs and façades. Ideally suited for gutters, downpipes, metal joints and outdoor repair work. The permanently elastic adhesive bonds reliably to zinc, copper, aluminium, steel and many other metals, ensuring a secure, long-lasting bond even in harsh weather conditions. High UV, weather and ageing resistance ensure long-term performance in outdoor applications. The adhesive is suitable for both new installations and repairs, and provides a reliable seal against moisture and the elements. Technical specifications: Application temperature +5 °C to +40 °C, temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +90 °C, permanently elastic and weather-resistant.
Vebatec D8X – Premium Sealant White (290 ml)
Premium adhesive and sealant for professional indoor and outdoor applications. Permanently elastic, silicone-free and with excellent adhesion to many substrates such as metal, glass, concrete, wood and plastics. Ideal for sealing and bonding applications subject to vibration. UV-, ageing- and weather-resistant. Technical data: Application temperature +5 °C to +40 °C, temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +100 °C, skin formation time approx. 8–12 minutes, curing approx. 2–3 mm/24 h.
Vebatec K11 – BSK PU structural adhesive (310 ml)
High-quality, single-component PU-based construction adhesive for professional, waterproof and high-strength bonds in both indoor and outdoor applications. This high-performance adhesive is ideal for demanding applications in timber construction, interior finishing, window fabrication, furniture making and industrial assembly work. The slightly foaming curing process reliably compensates for unevenness and small gaps, resulting in a particularly strong bond. Excellent for use on wood, metal, concrete, stone, ceramics, insulation materials and numerous other building materials. The adhesive impresses with its high ultimate strength, excellent weather resistance and long-term durability, even in damp conditions. Can be sanded and over-painted once cured. Apply to clean, sound, grease- and dust-free substrates. Technical data: Application temperature approx. +5 °C to +35 °C, temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +80 °C, skin formation time approx. 10–15 minutes, curing approx. 2–3 mm/24 h.
Vebatec K12 – BSK Isocyanate-free Structural Adhesive (300 ml)
Modern, isocyanate-free high-performance adhesive for professional bonding applications, offering high initial adhesion and permanently elastic properties. Particularly suitable for use in window construction, caravan construction, interior fit-out, metalwork and demanding assembly tasks. The adhesive bonds wood, metal, concrete, natural stone, plastics and many other materials reliably and permanently. Thanks to its elastic structure, stresses and movements are optimally absorbed, resulting in durable and resilient bonds. Waterproof, age-resistant, and weather- and UV-resistant. Excellent adhesion even on difficult substrates. Can be sanded and painted over once cured. Application on clean and sound substrates is recommended. Technical data: Application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C, temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +90 °C, skin formation time approx. 15 minutes, curing approx. 3 mm/24 h.
Vebatec K17 – Hightack Assembly Adhesive White (290 ml)
Extremely strong professional assembly adhesive with very high initial tack for fast, secure and permanent bonds without the need for additional fixing. Ideally suited for heavy components and demanding assembly work indoors and outdoors. The adhesive bonds reliably to metal, stone, concrete, wood, glass, ceramics and many plastics, ensuring a permanently elastic bond with high ultimate strength. Particularly suitable for panels, skirting boards, structural elements, mirrors, profiles and industrial applications. The solvent-free formulation ensures safe handling and reduces odour. Weather-, UV- and ageing-resistant, and vibration-damping. Vebatec K2X Flex – Universal Adhesive White (290 ml)
Universal adhesive and sealant with very high adhesive strength for joints subject to dynamic loads. Suitable for wood, glass, metal, concrete, ceramics, plastics and natural stone. Weather- and UV-resistant, permanently elastic and paintable. Ideal for construction, vehicle manufacturing, and air conditioning and ventilation technology. Can also be applied to slightly damp substrates. Vebatec K40 – Montagefix White (310 ml)
Versatile mounting adhesive with high initial adhesion for absorbent substrates in interior applications. Suitable for wood, plasterboard, concrete, stone and many building materials. Solvent-free, paintable and easy to apply. Ideal for wall panels, skirting boards and decorative elements. Technical specifications: Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C, temperature resistance approx. -20 °C to +70 °C, high initial adhesion, consumption depending on the substrate.
Vebatec S07 – Special Sealant Black (310 ml)
Universal special sealant for elastic sealing indoors and outdoors. Excellent adhesion to many building materials, weather- and ageing-resistant. Suitable for connection joints, building waterproofing and areas subject to vibration. Technical data: Application temperature +5 °C to +40 °C, temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +90 °C, skin formation time approx. 10 minutes, permanently elastic.
Vebatec T32 – HT1500 Assembly Sealant Black (310 ml)
High-quality mineral-based high-temperature sealant and adhesive for extreme temperature loads up to approx. +1500 °C. Developed for professional applications on chimneys, stoves, boilers, combustion chambers, flue systems and refractory components. The sealant is ideal for sealing, bonding and repairing refractory materials and offers excellent adhesion to metal, cast iron, stone, concrete, panels and fibreglass cord. Once cured, it forms an extremely heat-resistant, virtually rigid bond with high stability. Resistant to greases, oils and many household cleaners. Particularly suitable for repair and maintenance work in industry, trade and the home. Apply to dust-, grease- and rust-free substrates at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Technical specifications: Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C, temperature resistance up to +1500 °C, colour black, virtually shrink-free after curing.
Vebatec T3X – HT300 Sealant & Adhesive Red (310 ml)
High-temperature-resistant sealant and adhesive for applications up to approx. +300 °C. Ideal for engines, heaters, ovens, exhaust systems and industrial sealing. Permanently elastic, resistant to ageing and adheres reliably to metal, glass and ceramics. Technical specifications: Application temperature +5 °C to +40 °C, long-term temperature resistance up to +300 °C, skin formation time approx. 5–10 minutes, silicone-based.
