This form is available exclusively to consumers. You can use this form to submit your cancellation electronically to chemiekontor.de GmbH. Please select ‘Private’ under ‘Account type’. Enter your order number in the ‘Subject’ field and let us know in the ‘Your message’ field which order or which items you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can also send your cancellation by email to retoure@chemiekontor.de.
