Step-by-step instructions for your own DIY candle

Phase 1: Preparation and safety

Organise your workspace and ensure that all utensils are within reach. Secure surfaces properly and wear appropriate work clothes.

Phase 2: Liquefying the wax

Use a suitable wax melting pot to liquefy the rapeseed wax at a constant temperature (approx. 65°C). Make sure you keep an eye on the temperature to prevent the wax from overheating. Optionally, you can add suitable colourings or scented oils to give your candle creation an individual touch.
